How do the courses work?
In the nine weekly lessons, you'll be introduced to all parts of the exam, Reading and Use of English, Writing, Speaking and Listening. You will practice each part of the exam and will learn appropriate strategies to help you achieve a good result. Through self-reflection and guidance from the teacher, you'll discover the strategies that work for you. You'll be able to go into the exam knowing what to expect and having the right strategies at your fingertips to help you pass.
What level should I be?
The courses focus on exam technique. At the start of the course you should have a solid knowledge of the grammar and vocabulary needed for the exam since there will only be a limited amount of time to teach these things. If you think your level might be slightly low, make sure you have enough time during or after the course to do some extra study before taking the exam. We can provide a self-study course to help you do this.
What does Kreis 6 English offer?
We are a small language school of highly-qualified teachers with extensive experience of teaching exam preparation classes at levels B2 and above. We will do the following:

What is the cost of the course?
1200chf for a course of 9 x 60 minutes. Shorter courses can be arranged for stronger candidates.
Are group lessons offered?
Yes, group courses start at 700chf per person.
Will I have to do extra work at home?
Yes. The exam preparation courses are intensive. They are designed for motivated students who are able to work independently. Our teachers will introduce you to a range of strategies and tips designed to promote success in the exams. You will be expected to do additional practice at home based upon the classroom learning.
