One-off English classes

Living in Zurich I know that there are many people here who have got fantastic English skills but are a bit worried because they don’t get to use their English skills as often as they would like.

If you are one of them, I have some great options for you.

How about signing up for one-off classes where you get to use your English in the company of other English learners?

I’ll organise the day and will make sure that you are using your English. We’ll also do the lesson in a special location – it could be a trip to an art gallery, an afternoon at the cinema followed by a discussion about the film, or a trip to a garden.

Our first trip was a visit to Seleger Moor on Tuesday 5th May. Seleger Moor is a beautiful garden near Rifferswil featuring rhododendrons and hundreds of other plants and trees. You can read a review of that trip by clicking here.

The next trip will be a two-hour trip to Überland Park, followed by coffee in a local café.

Date: Tuesday 26 May

Time: 10am

Meeting point: Seilbahn Rigiblick tram stop

Other trips will include a visit to the art gallery in Zurich, a walk in the forest, a trip to the old botanical gardens and a wander around Zurich.

What level are these classes aimed at?

These classes are open to anyone who can talk about everyday topics in English. It's a relaxing opportunity for students to meet other English learners, discover some places to see in and around Zurich, and have fun.
